Method Man Patch

After a late start from Woods Lake we headed out in search of snow patches.
We first went past Roundtop Lake to see if “The October Patch” offered any September turns this year. Here is what we found:

Next, we headed back toward Roundtop Lake. Perhaps “The Driveway Patch” would offer up some turns. All we found was this hanging snowfield above the location of “The Driveway Patch”…

We headed further up hoping that “The Saddle Patch” might be skiable, but it looked like a cliff downclimb into a brief run into an abrupt ending above steep scree. Then we angled up to our left and found a similar sight on “The Wu-Tang Patch”…

After a traverse to our left we hiked over a ridge to “Method Man Patch.”

After a recon falling leaf/side slip/use the edges to groom the snow, Stev heads back up…
